What amenities are offered at City Lodge Hotels?
This varies per hotel brand and location. Please visit www.citylodgehotels.com to see a list of the amentities at each hotel. For example, our high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, secure parking, and 24-hour reception service are common at all our hotels. However, not all our hotels offer boardrooms.
What is the check-in/check-out time at City Lodge Hotels?
Thank you for 'Checking into Easy.' Our check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We will, however, keep your booking for you until 16:00.
Does City Lodge Hotels offer special rates or discounts for extended stays or group bookings?
Please check our website at www.citylodgehotels.com/specials for our latest promotions and discounts. We also have a special on the last Friday of every month called 'WOZA Friday' where you are able to forward book and get huge discounts. Group bookings for 10 people or more enjoy an additional discount - please email us on info@citylodgehotels.com for a quote.
Are pets allowed at City Lodge Hotels?
As much as we love our furry friends we do not accommodate any pets other than service dogs.
How do I make changes to or cancel my reservation at City Lodge Hotels?
You are able to make changes or cancel your reservation on our website or by calling the relevant hotel and quoting your reservation number.
Does City Lodge Hotels accommodate special dietary requirements or preferences?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate a range of dietary requirements. Please make our team aware at check-in and even if we need to order in a special meal, we will do that.
Is there a loyalty program for frequent guests at City Lodge Hotels?
Yes there is. We offer a loyalty program for individuals as well as one for corporates. Plus, when you join you get 100 free points. Visit www.citylodgehotels.com/loyalty-clhg-rewards to find out more and join up.
Do you cater for walk-in guests?
Yes we do, provided there is a room available.
How much do you charge per night?
This depends on the hotel that you choose and availability - please visit www.citylodgehotels.com to find out more.
Is this special available for Road Lodge?
Most of our specials are applicable at Road Lodges at a 10% discount on Best Available Rate (BAR). Please read the Terms and Conditions for each special offer to check before booking.
Do you have boardrooms / meeting rooms available, if yes what are the terms?
Yes we do. We are happy to quote you at the hotel that you would like to visit and the terms and rates vary depending on your requirements e.g. catering.

No reference number appears on the confirmation page or email?
If you have not received a reference number on your confirmation email, please contact the hotel directly to rectify this.
Will I earn points as a CLH Rewards member if I do a BID booking on www.bid2stay.co.za?
No, you do not earn across both platforms; rather, you get the discount received in your bid vs. points for booking. Bid2Stay is shutting down on 30 September 2024.

How do I become a CLHG rewards member?
All you have to do is register on our website and log in every time you book to take advantage of the available benefits. Please note that points are only redeemable when logging in and making your booking on our website.

How do I cancel a booking?
